01 Share your vision
Tell us what you are interested in building, if you have a design or architect team and who they are.
02 Set Budget & timeline
We use your initial consultation to create a budget that aligns with your vision. If needed we can help you choose an architect or designer.
03 Value Engineer & Pre-Construction
Now that we have developed a budget, we work with you to find ways to cut cost and add details as required. We discover all long lead items then prepare purchase orders to process.
04 Commencement
Now we start building, we use all of the preconstruction work to expedite this stage. Decisions are finished and everything has been selected and ordered before this stage. Now we can run.
