We are providing you 12-20 pages of detailed line items and values prior to having plans in front of us.
We then guide you through the design stages with the Architect firm we work with. Once the drawings are complete then we begin pricing out the entire project. We develop the selections with you and then you choose your finishes. Using our budget you can select finishes and gauge cost based on each line item presented earlier.
The amazing part of the entire process is the difference between the first budget we provide to you before anything was drawn, and the final build budget. We have been averaging 7%-10% difference between the first budget without plans in hand and the second budget with plans in hand and all of the items you selected for finishes.
Using Iridium Development saves you money and we build the house designed to what you want. Using the economy of scale we are able to give you more for less. Once we are through the design and budget stage the build stage is much faster. Our goal is to build your house on paper first, align the design and the cost, and then build as quickly as possible.
