Iridium Development specializes in custom home building. We provide detailed estimates in the very beginning. We then meet with you to go over your finishes and selections so we can define our detailed budget to reflect your style. Once we finalize the budget, then we set up a meeting with you and one of the architectural firms that we work with.
Home building process
What our clients find different about us is the details we provide throughout the process. We discuss and list everything so we are all mind-full of the items required to build your dream home. When plans are developed we finalize cost and begin permitting. During this time clients are fully aware of the home design and are really excited to select finishes. Usually items selected earlier change during this stage and we adjust the budget accordingly. Permits in hand, your home is built on paper and now we execute the work. Our build times are streamlined and the process goes quickly.
