The Process

We provide a free preliminary budget based on the size of your new home and the amount of bedrooms, bathrooms that you desire. 

We sit with you to go over your finishes to build each incremental cost of your home on paper. 

Our budgets are 12-20 pages filled with all of the items needed to build your home.  

We then guide you through the design stages with the Architect firm we work with. Once the drawings are complete then we begin pricing out the entire final project. If the client chooses to stay within budget from conception the cost difference between or first budget to build budget can be nil to 10%.

Using our economy of scale we are able to give you more for less. Once we are through the design and budget stage the build stage is much faster. Our goal is to build your house on paper first, align the design and the cost, and then build as quickly as possible.
